THE Grill & Bar, located on the second floor of Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, is now open. Serving world-class steak, wine and cocktails, it is the place for business and casual dining and gathering.
The Grill & Bar is divided into four main sections: the dining area with two VIP rooms, the bar area, the gaming area and the private karaoke room.
The rear dining section is tailored for great cuisine with a semi-open kitchen where you can see your selected steaks and seafood items being grilled a la minute.
It is here that talented executive chef, Peter Liew, serves an exciting array of steak specialties with a dash of progressive gastronomy. High-quality ingredients and seasonally inspired dishes characterize the restaurant. However, Liew’s ingenious touch adds some extra flair.
The Grill & Bar is a great place to go on a night out with your friends if you decide to give the clubbing scene a miss. For bar-goers, the variety of beer, cocktail and “ready to drink” wine contributes to the relaxing casual atmosphere. Serving an impressive line of drinks which are lined up against the wall as well as world-famous alcoholic beverages, you’re in for a treat.
The operational hours for the grill area is from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and the bar area from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.
